Plans and credits

HyperOptimizer bills compute from a prepaid credit wallet (euro balance). Plans set concurrency, machine sizes, registry storage, and how much included compute you receive each month.

Plan Monthly fee Included compute Welcome credit Parallel (exp / workspace) Machines Registry History
Free €0 €0 €0.50 (one-time) 2 / 2 Nano, Small 1 GB 7 days
Starter €29 €5 / month — 10 / 10 All standard CPU 5 GB 30 days
Pro €99 €25 / month — 50 / 50 All standard CPU 20 GB 90 days
Enterprise Negotiated Custom — 64 / 64 All CPU + custom Docker 100 GB Custom

Self-serve upgrades are available for Starter and Pro from Dashboard → Billing. Enterprise is arranged with us.

CPU, memory, and plan gates: Machines and limits.

  1. Free orgs receive a welcome credit once (€0.50).
  2. Paid plans grant included monthly compute into the wallet each credit period.
  3. You can buy top-up packs: €10, €25, or €100.
  4. Creating or queuing a trial does not deduct credits. Running trials are charged from actual container runtime at their snapshotted machine price.
  5. The minimum billable duration is 10 seconds, rounded up in 10-second increments across the whole trial. Charges remain provisional until the final outcome and termination time are known.

User-caused trial failures are generally billable. Platform failures generally are not.

When usable credits fall below the safety amount needed to shut down running work, HyperOptimizer blocks new work, pauses affected experiments, and requests termination of running trials. You may still see a small positive balance: the safety amount is a threshold, not a charge or a deduction from your credits. Shutdown is best effort; any unfunded runtime while a trial stops is absorbed by the platform and will not be charged against a later top-up.

Add credits or upgrade from Dashboard → Billing, then manually resume a paused experiment after pending shutdowns finish. Interrupted trials are not restarted automatically.

  • Failure budget (max failed trials) exhausted
  • Plan parallelism saturated
  • Experiment paused or stopped
  • Optional goals met
  • Subscription or org access blocked (for example past due)
